Reunions have been held roughly every five years since the 20th Reunion in 1995. Fun was had by all regardless of your social status or geek appeal at school back in the day. Lots of pictures were taken at those events and it's interesting to see the age and maturity changes over time. Think you can guess who is who in the pictures? Take a peak and give it your best shot! According to Joe, this is Tom Kronauge and his girlfriend. Tom went to Alter our Freshman year and then transferred to Centerville. His picture is in the Freshman Yearbook.
It is hard to believe that as healthy as Mary Beth looks in this photo we have lost her to the Lord.

I was glad to make the donation. Did you know that I actually wrote a song for Tony? I used the words from his poem "It doesn't really matter why we die", written when his sister Linda passed away from complications resulting from her heart transplant. Linda passed away about 12 years ago, and I played and sang it at her funeral. I did the same at Tony's funeral in the summer of '09.

The Saturday night party at the Oregon Express was epic with Margie talking a photographer friend from the building across the street into taking a picture of all of us outside the front of the OE. There were almost 100 of our classmates there and Fireball was the "shot of the night" :)

The Saturday night party at the Oregon Express was epic with Margie talking a photographer friend from the building across the street into taking a picture of all of us outside the front of the OE. There were almost 100 of our classmates there and Fireball was the "shot of the night" :)

The 45th Reunion was delayed by Covid concerns. It was rescheduled to September 2-4, 2021, a year later.
The original 45th+1 Reunion party venue was to be the Oregon Express, but with a new strain of Covid still somewhat prevalent, the venue was moved to the "open air" AlterFest Alumni tent with the Reunion Committee scrambling at the last minute to get tables in the tent to make that happen.
All's well that ends well, a good time was had by all who made it.

Still tastes the same 50 years later ... same great fryer grease aftertaste:) This particular Big Boy used to have a drive-in order parking area behind it that was a destination on Saturday night if you had a hot car. Great memories of cruising Frisch's drive-in in my '69 Camaro Z28 back in the day!-- Alan Steffens
